At ROOM IN A BOX, we want you to love your new space, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for all items in their original packaging. We strive to make the return process as seamless as the delivery, ensuring your satisfaction with every purchase.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and navigate to the order history section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully disassemble your furniture and place all components back into their original boxes, ensuring all hardware and assembly guides are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our support team to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
